All in-stock orders take 24-72 hours to be processed and shipped unless specified. Custom Orders will take 7-10 working days to be shipped after artwork has been approved. Orders are shipped via FedEx, unless otherwise requested. Turnaround times are based on M-F business-days and do not include weekends or observed holidays.
Same Day Shipping On Select Orders
In-stock blank orders with core stock (less than 50 pcs only) will ship the same business day if the order is placed before 12 PM CST Monday through Friday..
Custom Decorated Orders
Decorated orders will ship in 7 -10 business days after approval of artwork depending on the total quantity and stock availability. Contact our customer service team for exact ship date.
Delivery and Cost
Orders will be shipped from our Houston, TX 77087 warehouse by FedEx, FedEx Express or UPS (available by request). The FedEx shipping price will be available for viewing once you place an order in your online shopping cart. All quoted delivery times are based on delivery times provided to us by the shipping carrier. We will not accept any liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or for issues beyond our control.
Delivery Method Change Request
Carrier: FedEx is our default shipping method. Shipments can be sent via UPS upon request by contacting our Customer Support team and providing your UPS account number.
Expedited Delivery: We are happy to modify your shipping method selected if you need your package sooner. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the request for shipping speed change. Additional charges may be required. Packages that have already shipped and in transit can not be modified.
Order Quantity Exceptions
Turnaround times and shipping estimations are based on "normal quantity orders." Occasionally, larger quantity orders may be subject to an additional turnaround time, depending on the size and quantity requested. Customer Support will contact you if your order is determined to be above a "normal quantity" and give you an updated shipping date.
